Where's Waldo

Why was the "Book of Enoch" taken out of the Old Testament?

Enoch was obviously a figure in the Bible that had impact. In Genesis it briefly mentions his birth and then just says in chapter five verse 23 that "God took him away at the age of three hundred sixty-five." However, Enoch's book is referenced in 1Peter 3:19's footnotes from the New American Version (Enoch 6:36 & Enoch 7:1-5) online at the Archdiocese of Hartford's website. Also, Jesus mentions Enoch as well in the New Testament associating Enoch with Elijah on how they were ascended into heaven in the same fashion. Not dying on earth, but being brought up to heaven by "angels" while still alive.

The Tower

In Gn. 11: 7, in the Contemporary Version, it states "Come on! Let's go down and confuse them by making them speak different languages-then they won't be able to understand each other;" in the New American Bible it says "Let us..."
Who is speaking when it says "Let us?" Is that God speaking, if so who is the 'us' God is commanding to come down to earth with Him?

Descendants

Where did the spouses of Adam and Eve's children come from?
This question has been puzzling me for quite some time now. The Holy Bible never really clearifies that Adam and Eve's children married each other, which in todays society would be considered incest. However, the Bible doesn't state where their spouses do come from either.
